SANDWICH RUNS

On the Sandwich Runs our volunteers distribute food and essential supplies to the people sleeping on the streets of Leeds. In the winter months, we also provide much-needed hot drinks and soup, as well as cold weather clothing.

You can sign up to volunteer by booking a place online. Then, all you need to do is meet our Sandwich Run Coordinator outside of the Parkinson building. They will provide sandwiches, and look after the group at all times. All you need to bring is yourself, and a smile!

We always appreciate any donations to distribute on our runs. Please get in touch if you are able to offer any of the following:

• Long-life snacks e.g. crisps, cereal bars, biscuits

• Bottled water or other long-life drinks

• Warm clothing accessories e.g. gloves, hats, scarves

• Any surplus food to be collected and distributed on a Tuesday and Thursday afternoon

 

Our Sandwich Runs currently run every Tuesday and Thursday at 5pm, during term-time.
