Homed are running an election to choose the new committee roles for the next academic year. Students can stand for any of the following positions. If elected, you will join our committee for the rest of the year. All of the roles are incredibly important, and really rewarding. The committee this year has been very collaborative, flexible, and we’ve helped each other on all our projects, so there’s plenty of chances to get involved with campaigning, fundraising and volunteering beyond each given role description too - they are what you make of them!
We want our elections to be as fair, open and accessible to all our members as possible. Anyone can nominate themselves - you don’t need to have any particular experience in order to run. What matters most is your willingness to work as a team to help Homed next year, and the rest is a great opportunity to learn on the job!
If you would like to chat more about the roles, please get in touch with our committee via email (homed@luu.group) or our social media (linktr.ee/homedleeds)

You can stand for election via Engage, and find out more on how to here.
Candidates must nominate themselves before voting starts.
Voting period:
All members of Homed are eligible to vote.
LUU uses the Single Transferable Vote - so voters can rank the candidates in order of preference.
